Submission deadline policy

To ensure timely processing and maximize available incentives:

• Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original invoice. As of May 1, 2025, this policy will be strictly enforced.
• Late submissions may be rejected at the discretion of the program implementer and participating utility.

Tip: Submit claims promptly to avoid delays or missed opportunities.

Maximize Gas Incentives

Help your customers upgrade these commonly used pieces of equipment to energy-efficient models by securing these valuable incentives!

Below are some of the featured incentives from the Qualifying Equipment List (QPL):

Fryers — High rebates available!
ENERGY STAR-rated standard vat gas fryers are on average 30% more efficient than standard models and save $4,400 on utility bills over the products lifetime. Qualified models are eligible for incentives up to $500 per fryer vat.

Griddles
ENERGY STAR-rated gas griddles are on average 14% more efficient than standard models and save $1,600 on utility bills over the products lifetime. Qualified models are eligible for incentives up to $500 per griddle.

Convection Ovens
ENERGY STAR-rated gas convection ovens are on average 27% more efficient than standard models and save $1,500 on utility bills over the products lifetime. Qualified models are eligible for incentives up to $300 per cavity.

If your customer doesn’t qualify for the Illinois Commercial Food Service Program, they may still be eligible for their utility’s downstream programs.
